Initial distribution rights will address regions where GSM is the only digital cellular network protocol.  Regions where there are more protocols than GSM will be assigned in the future.

Regional Distributors receive significant training and support from Cell Block Technologies Inc. and in return are required to be of the highest professional standards and extremely strong financially.

Annual contracts are based on 12 months volume of sales and include discounts based upon this level of sales activity.  Regional Distributors are required to maintain a security deposit equal to one month's sales volume.  Minimum sales quotas are established individually for each distributor.

The Company is presently seeking Regional Distributor candidates from the regions identified to the right where no Distributor is identified.

Distributor candidates must have a strong market presence in their regions with established customers, perhaps in security or in telecommunications.  Professional sales staff and technical staff with sufficient skills for installation and configuration are required.  Training is provided by Cell Block Technologies Inc.
