He received nearly a hundred comments on the debate, many encouraging jamming.   For his part, Mr. Schneier himself said he doesn’t understand why people shouldn’t be allowed to start drawing some lines against cellphone noise pollution. “The most obvious one is that you get to block phone signals in your private space,” he said, referring to individual homes and businesses.
